What if I don’t like the fragrance oil I ordered?
Buying scented products online can be tricky. Not to worry! If you’re not a fan of the fragrance you received, reach out to us at email@example.com and we will help you find something you love instead. If your product is unused, you can ship the ragrance back to us and we'll help you find a scent you like better, at no cost to you!
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We’ve got you! In the rare occurrence that something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right! Get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll ship a replacement (and even a little extra!).
