We love our fantasy-based candles and hope you do too! If you order a candle you don’t absolutely love right out of the box, you can exchange an unburned candle&nbsp;within&nbsp;30 days&nbsp;of delivery, or return it for a full refund.
Single 2oz Candles within Discovery Boxes are not eligible for exchanges but you can exchange or return the complete discovery box if not burned.
 Refunds will be given for the amount paid at checkout. If a discount was applied to your order, your refund will be for the amount you paid after the discount was applied.

Processing Times
Every candle is hand-poured and made to order just for you! 😀 We typically ship out orders within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 3-7 days for transit time once you've received notification that your order is being shipped within the USA, Or&nbsp;3-4 weeks for international orders, it's worth it, we promise!&nbsp;
We will always update you via email, so make sure you check "yes" to receiving marketing messages from us during checkout! (or you likely wont see any of our shipment notifications)

Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after the order is successfully submitted. It's important that during checkout you select "Agree to marketing messeges" so that you get all order updates! When your handmade candles are shipped out, another notification will arrive in a second email with package tracking information.

All average shipping times assume no delays. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the time delivered good remain outside.

&nbsp; Subscriptions When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from your customer account.&nbsp;
 Pre-orders When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect a full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full refund or exchange for another product.
 Try before you buy When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
