Shipping Updates

You've selected your portals in a jar, now comes the hard part... waiting for them to arrive!

Below you will find our fulfillment status updates and any delays that may affect the production and shipping of your candles. This page will be updated regularly.

🚨 LOCAL FLOODING ALERT

Due to floods in our area and State, we are experiencing some delays receiving raw goods for production. This has set us back 5 days in fulfillment. We expect to receive our missing supplies by Dec 17th and we are working very hard to get your orders out ASAP!

Current Pick & Pack goals: (from time of purchase to the moment your order is carefully packaged and in transit)

🧙All Standard Orders: 4-8 business days
🕯️ Priority Processing: 3-6 business days
Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Holiday releases: 4-8 business days

Please note: If your order contains any products from a longer fulfillment window, your entire order will be shipped out according to the longer timeline, but don't worry they will all arrive safely together!

Current delays:

UPS and USPS have been having random & unpredictable delays between when they pick up from Mythologie Candles and when they update the movement of orders. We are working with them to see how this can be solved but please know you'r orders will be delivered.
Local Flooding causing delays in inventory deliveries and team members unable to make it to the Mythologie workshop.

Once your order is packed and sealed with magic, it will be picked up by our couriers.

Expected carrier shipping times are 2-5 business days for domestic USA and 10-21 business days for international orders (please note that business days do not include weekends). You can track your order here 📦 Simply enter your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and your email address.

We can combine, edit, or cancel orders within 24 hours of them being placed.
