Below you will find our fulfillment status updates and any delays that may affect the production and shipping of your candles. This page will be updated regularly.

Characters of Middle-Earth Pre-Orders:

Batch 1, orders placed between April 26th and March 7th for Characters of Middle Earth has finished taking orders! - Estimated fulfillment date between April 15th and April 24th.

Batch 2, orders placed between March 8th and March 28th. The estimated fulfillment date for Batch 2 is between April 30 to May 8th.

Once your order is packed and sealed with magic, it will be picked up by our couriers.

Expected carrier shipping times are 2-5 business days for domestic USA and 10-21 business days for international orders (please note that business days do not include weekends). You can track your order here 📦 Simply enter your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and your email address.

We can combine, edit, or cancel orders within 24 hours of them being placed.
