RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We love our fantasy-based candles and hope you do too! If you order a candle you don’t absolutely love right out of the box, you can exchange an unburned candle within 30 days of delivery, or return it for a full refund.
Single 2oz Candles within Discovery Boxes are not eligible for exchanges but you can exchange or return the complete discovery box if not burned.
Refunds will be given for the amount paid at checkout. If a discount was applied to your order, your refund will be for the amount you paid after the discount was applied.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE CANDLES
If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. Please email care@mythologiecandles.com with your order number and details of the damaged or defective candle and we will replace it for you, on us!
