We don't believe in fast fashion, fast food, or fast fragrance.
At Mythologie, every candle is "slow-crafted" — made to order in our Northern Washington studio by artisans who care deeply about scent, story, and experience.
Your candle begins its journey after you place your order, not before. We don't mass produce products — we pour each with intention, using our custom wax blend and exclusive fragrance profiles.
This means we take a little more time to process your order & create your candle; typically 5–7 business days before shipping — but what you receive is anything but ordinary.

Each candle is made-to-order in our artisan boutique studio in Northern Washington, using elevated ingredients chosen for their quality, safety, and story-rich character.
We believe luxury lives in the details — and you'll feel that with every flicker.
🕯️ Wax
We use a creamy, clean-burning coconut-apricot wax — a sustainable alternative prized by boutique perfumers and artisan chandlers for its smooth finish and excellent scent throw.
- Soy-free, making it a gentler option for those prone to allergies or headaches
- Burns cleanly and evenly, with no soot, smoke, or harsh chemical scent
- Has a low melting point, meaning it never gets too hot — safer for your space and family
- Naturally creamy and soft to the touch, creating an indulgent experience even before the flame is lit
🔥 Wicks
- Regular & Sample Sizes: Feature lead-free cotton wicks for a soft, steady burn.
- Signature Deluxe: Hand-fitted with an all-natural wooden wick that crackles like a miniature hearth, transforming your space into a sanctuary.
🌿 Fragrance
Our scents are custom-developed in collaboration with master perfumers, and crafted exclusively for Mythologie Candles.
- Phthalate-free and safe for pets and for indoor use
- Blended using a mix of high-end fragrance oils and essential oils

You won't find these blends in any mass-market candle.
Candle Care Tips
1) For the first burn, let the candle burn for up to 3-4 hours — or until the melted "pool" reaches the edge. (Typically 1-2 hours for a 2oz sample size.) This prevents tunneling! Candles have memory!
2) Always trim your wooden wick to 1/8 inch. If your wick is too long, the flame will be too big and can become a fire hazard and also give off wisps of smoke that shouldn't be there. (Nail clippers work great for wooden wicks!)
3) Clear any debris from your candle before burning, including any soot build-up on the wick. This will help your candle to last longer and burn cleaner! Never burn near anything flammable.
4) Always place your candle on a non-flammable surface! All candle vessels will get hot — be sure to place your candle on a proper candle holder or heat-safe surface that will not burn or ignite.
5) Never leave a candle unattended! In addition, be sure there is nothing nearby your candle that can ignite (hairspray, a wall, paper, a lamp, a pillow, etc.)
6) Enjoy your candles! Mythologie Candles are meant to transport you to another time, world, or dimension! Science proves that scent can alter the mood for the better: enjoy the fully immersive experiences Mythologie Candles provide whenever you need a pick-me-up, inspiration, or an immersion into your favorite book, movie, or game!

This is a good masculine autumn candle. I definitely smell the musky leather, a hint of vanilla, and I think I can make out some clove. This reminds me of a Gentleman's candle that he might have burning while smoking a cigar in a leather arm chair.
