Shipping Updates

You've selected your portals in a jar, now comes the hard part... waiting for them to arrive!

Below you will find our fulfillment status updates and any delays that may affect the production and shipping of your candles. This page will be updated regularly.

Current Pick & Pack goals: (from time of order to the moment your order is carefully packaged and waiting for pickup)

🕯️Signature (year-round) candles: 3-5 business days
🛡️Guild Exclusives: 3-5 business days
🌱☀️ Seasonal candles: 3-5 business days
🪶🎼 Candle of the Month: 16th-19th of each month.
⚔️🏰 Winter Quarterly Seasonal Box: Nov 1st - 8th
Gothic Cathedral: Begins shipping Oct. 7th

Current delays: Orders containing Shadows have begun shipping as of Wednesday, September 25th!

Once your order is packed and sealed with magic, it will be picked up by our couriers.

Expected carrier shipping times are 2-5 business days for domestic USA and 10-21 business days for international orders (please note that business days do not include weekends). You can track your order here 📦 Simply enter your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and your email address.

We can combine, edit, or cancel orders within 24 hours of them being placed.

We have a magical system created so you can pick up your candles straight from our Warehouse!
If your address qualifies, simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout, then make a cup of tea to sip while you wait for our wizards to prepare your order (our fulfillment goal is 2-5 business days).
