Wicks: We use cotton wicks that are always lead-free in our regular candles and sample packs, and our Signature Deluxe candles feature crackling wood wicks for the ultimte multi-sensory experience!
Fragrances: Unique custom-developed fragrances, not found elsewhere, and always phthalate-free. Made with premium blended non-toxic fragrance oils & essential oils.
Vessels: Our Signature Deluxe amber vessels feature straight sides and laser-etched custom wooden lids; our regular vessels feature a screw on metal lid. Both are designed to be repurposed after our 50+ hours burn-time has been fully enjoyed! Our sample tins are also lidded to make them perfect for travel!

How do Payments work?
During checkout, you'll be given the option to select Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal as your payment option. All offer secure payment through your account (create or log in). Shop Pay also offers the ability to select 4 equal interest-free installment payments to the card of your choice, based on the total amount of your order! Using Affirm, there is no credit score impact, and no hidden or late fees will ever apply. Once approved by Affirm, you can login to your Shop Pay/Affirm account to update your payment method, the frequency of your payments, or pay it off whenever you like. Otherwise, the card you provided at checkout will be charged an equal amount once at checkout and 3 more times every 2 weeks after or until paid off! We ship worldwide! Please note that shipping candles is pricey compared to other online products because candles are heavy! All rates are calculated directly by the carriers and are discounted rates. We continue to strive to get you the best shipping prices possible!
Orders within the U.S. may take up to 7-10 days to arrive after shipping. Orders to Canada may take up to 21 days depending on carrier and customs. We make an effort to ship the method you prefer, but unforseen circumstances could alter the method by which your order ships. 📦

What if I don’t like the fragrance oil I ordered?
Buying scented products online can be tricky. Not to worry! If you’re not a fan of the fragrance you purchased, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you find something you love instead. If your product is unused, you can ship the fragrance back to us and we'll help you find a scent you like better, at no cost to you!
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We’ve got you! In the rare occurrence that something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right! Get in touch at email@example.com and we’ll ship a replacement (and even a little extra!).
